With these revised procedures students who have any of the listed prevalent medical conditions must have a Plan of Care in place and Request to Administer Medications forms signed by a physician. Please contact the office at 905-827-2741 if your child has a prevalent medical condition. Wednesday February 14th, 2024 - Brookdale‘s School Council will be hosting the annual Dance-A-Thon!! This year’s theme will be Colours of the Rainbow- Love is Love! Children are invited to wear all colours of the rainbow! This year, in place of raffles, students are asked to FUNdraise money for their dancing efforts!! Tell your family and friends you will be dancing your heart out and spreading love in exchange for a donation to the school! Please donate by using "Make a Donation" tab on the School Cash Online site : https://hdsb.schoolcashonline.com/ The class with the highest FUNdraising amount will receive a pizza party!! We are also selling Glow Gear! Please pay this fee on schoolcash online if you would like to purchase 5 glow items at a cost of $5.00 You can purchase as many glow packages as you want.
